How long does it take to process and ship orders?
I usually ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?
I currently offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis! If you're outside of USA, please contact me before placing your order — I’ll be happy to check shipping options and rates for your location.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because everything is handmade, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, if something’s wrong with your order, please reach out — I want you to love your items!

Can I cancel my order?
